Dr. An Goldbauer attended Elgin Community College (E.C.C). in Elgin, Illinois, where he earned his ADN in nursing, serving clinicals across the lifespan that included hands-on critical care and cardiac care. He rotated clinicals on a homicide lockdown unit working with offenders, before the Reagan Administration dismantled psychiatric hospitals. He taught CPR and advanced cardiac life-support, He earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Business, completing a thesis analyzing behaviors on executive leadership failures.
He currently serves as Director of Student Advisement, Chair, and faculty member at the International Institute for Clinical Sexology (IICS), where he also serves on the Advisory Board.
He is a proud graduate of IICS.
Dr. Goldbauer’s focus is on strengthening communication skills through active listening utilizing animated characters and concepts to support learner engagement across the learner’s lifespan.
