Transition through the Lifespan 1: Child and Adolescent Care

Course content will include 1) exploration of gender non-conforming behavior among children and adolescents; 2) assessment and evaluation of pre-pubertal children; 3) counseling the family of a gender non-conforming child; 4) appropriate hormonal and surgical interventions for children and adolescents and contraindications; 5) facilitation between the child, family, and various school and other institutions.
